Master fuse on 2000 Tracker Q3 with 3.0L IO

During the process of winterization a loose wire on my motor grounded and now I have no power to the dash. I have checked the fuses under the dash and all are good. Is there a master fuse somewhere or where should I look. Any help would be appreciated, as I would like to get it fixed during the winter.

Did you check the inline fuse yet? Often, it is within a foot or so of the battery. I would imagine that this is the fuse that you may have blown.
