Max Capacity

I have a 29 foot 1986 Cruisers Elegante. I have looked everywhere for a placard that tells the maximum capacity for persons and cannot find one.....any ideas?

The boat should be "yacht" rated, no max persons or weight.

thank you very much, I had a suspicion that may be the case but wasn't sure, in that case what life preserver requirement.....I assume one for each person on board, in addition to the flotation ring etc.....

U.S. Coast Guard requirements for pfd's on your size vessel are:

One approved Type I, II or III PFD for each person on board or being towed on water skis, etc.; and one throwable Type IV device.

Don't forget you have other USCG requirements as well as they apply to flares, sound making devices etc.
