MBS and itching

Nope, not about glassers

I can see a problem already with this MBS thing. Did a loop to pick up supplies for a couple of other hobbies yesterday--850 miles in total. On my way back home, 4 hours to go, almost sunset, and I pass what looks like a boat graveyard. Glassers all over, so no biggy. Just as I pass the place however, a quick look over the shoulder reveals the last 18" or so of a tinny...with a large V5 on the side. I itched all the way home.

The good news is, I doubt if it is going anywhere fast, and I will be back that way next month. No idea of the size or model just yet, but I had pleasant dreams last night

No point in even looking for help, MBS has set right into the bones of this one, do you think you will make it a month??

You have to start driving blindfolded, Cloud. Course that won't help some of us cuz we can smell a tinny a few miles away. :lol:

HMMMM wondering if its a 20' and if I could do the drive and back before the admiral noticed I was gone.

LOL, if it is a 20', I will be cleaning his lot and polishing his shoes to get it! I suspect it is probably a 14 or 16. The glasser that it was hiding behind didn't seem big enough to screen a 20.

If I do make it a month, it will be because there are too many other things happening in life right now to break away--and I suspect it is smaller than I am looking for. I will advise as soon as I can determine the model and status, however. I do know it was an OB

I did try to google it. Unfortunately, the boat hasn't been there long enough to show up in the google satellite or street views. Bing shows boats in the pic, but not high enough res for me to see what they are.

I never understood how cool a V5 was until I had one sitting in my drive way, Dozer was all like "your sure you don't want it for your self? and went on to mention how desirable these are.

I knew I would regret it later, but he hooked me up on the deal (that mini fridge).
