MC-1 Trim Cylinder Rebuild

Hello all,
Today I busted open the outer shell of the port trim cylinder of my MC-1 Outdrive while trying to troubleshoot the trim system. I have ordered this Repair Kit: 77442A1, for the outer tube. However, I'm assuming I will need to disassemble the cylinder to fix this. So do I also need to order an O Ring Repair kit: 25-60342A2?

I recently replaced just the split outer tube with an eBay purchase, part number you recited. I did not replace any internal parts, as they were ok and it is working fine.
