What all is typically included in a "rebuild" from a boat shop/mechanic, and what is the typical going rate?<br /><br />Also, what is typically included in a "tune-up" from a boat shop/mechanic, and what is the typical going rate (price)?

define "typical" to some, any maint is a rebuild. nothing typical about it.

Couple weeks ago I saw a sign @ Ocean Outboard Freeport NY that read "Labor $ 100.00 an hour " when I was in there for parts..<br />Here on long island the prices are crazy high, maybe cheaper in the boon docks.

here most go between 55 and 75/hr. norfolk is 75-100/hr.
