MEFI 3 data to NMEA 2000 Displays ??? Is it Possible ?????

Hello All, I have a 2002 Rinker 310 with twin Mercruiser 5.7 TBI engines coupled to Bravo 3 drives. The ECU is MEFI 3. I have a Raymarine e7D Multi Function Display that can display engine data through a NMEA 2000 connection. My understanding is MEFI 3 is pre NMEA 2000 and no direction would provide usable data. I am aware of Maretron 2000 gateway for J1939 or CANBUS data, but also aware that this won't do the trick.

Does anyone know of a solution that will allow current electronics that want NMEA 2000 data to display engine information from a MEFI 3 ECU system ???????
