Melted Dash cover need to find replacement

does anyone know how i could get one for a 1996 200 horizon? i called the dealers but it appears the parts are out of production. it is the plastic shroud that goes on top of the instrument cluster its an interior piece the color of the rest of the interior.

Not sure exactly sure what you are talking about but see it this way. In the greater scheme of things, boat mfgr's are low volume producers. Each model run, they order up the amount of interior stuff they need for that runs production. After that, poof, there are no leftovers.

The moral of the story is that unless you can find one at a salvage yard or can have a local upholsterer duplicated it, you are SOL.

It's very easy to make your own if you still have enough left of the old part, just make a template and cut a new one out.. If not...can you post a pic of the burnt one..
