Melted Water pump, anything else bad?

Well as some of you know already I had a t-stat stick on my old motor and it overheated. Put a new powerhead on it, and started it up last night. Noticed no water pumping so turned it off, pulled lower unit and looked at H20 Pump.

The motor got so hot that the heat must have traveled down the drive shaft and melted not only the impeller but also the housing around it (well that was distorted) so I am replacing the entire unit obviously. My question is, what else down in the lower unit could I have damaged? Any other seals that I should replace while I am in here and have the water pump off???

Thanks!!

glastron, you might want to check the two back-to-back shaft seals right below the waterpump. might be a good idea to drain and refill the l/u oil too, cheap insurance.
