merc 115 hp help

I have a 1973 115 hp out board merc. How much water should be comming out the little spout when running ....at idle it dribbles out and running WOT it come out more but its not like I remember ....could it be plugged a little .....how much water should be comming out

well..........it should look like it was peeing

If its dribbling then there is a problem.Check the pee tube,and the impeller.

How do I check them .....what do I need to take off ...and what do I look for

You won't have any wires that come apart when you drop the lower unit.

Make sure to remove the hidden bolt under the trim tab. It is discussed in the video.
