Merc 15 HP 1993 or 1995?

Just bought a used merc 15, the chap said it was a 1995. All his dealers service records said 1995, my limited research ( still awaiting the service manual) say it is a 1993. Serial # OD248264. Not really concerned but curious, thanks.

If your serial # is correct (OD....) then it appears to be a 1993.<br /><br />If it is (OG....) it would be a 1995.
