Hi all....<br />Need some tech advise.<br /><br />1973 Merc Model 1500, 150HP I6 Serial #: 3916233<br /><br />The motor was running very rough, no exceleration.<br />Constant stalling unless the bulb was pumped.<br /><br />Rebuilt the fuel pump and all three carbs.<br />Motor then ran better.<br /><br />Here's the current problem:<br /><br />I can only throttle up at a moderate pace. I can't hit the throttle hard or it bogs and stumbles then picks up the rpm's. <br />Last night I was on the lake at WOT, motor just kinda went to an idle and died. Took forever to start. Once it started it would not excelerate, had to head back to the dock at 2-3 MPH. Almost back to the dock it sputtered and then roared to life, ran good the rest of the way.<br /><br />Did I miss something or set something wrong.<br />Any ideas?
