Merc 150hp XR6 '99 Timing question

Hi there,
I just have a question about timing adjustments - I have V6 engine, so is it enough to ground 5 plugs wires with wire and leave 1st Spark Plug. Or ground all of them? And the regular wire is good for grounding or I need something special?

The #1 spark plug should be installed into the cylinder head, so it is grounded. The other 5 should have their bases wired together and grounded. Any wire will do.
