Get the Parts Lists for both engines and go thru them, noting which parts are Different.
If they have the Same Displacement, then it Might only be some of the Following, the Block, Heads, Pistons, Intake and Reeds, Throttle Body, Exhaust Tuner, PCM, and a few other Parts.
