So I drained all the water from the block and the manifold (riser too). I took the hoses off the stat, and flushed the block and manifold with some pink af until I saw it come out of the drain plugs. Let it all drain and closed up the plugs. Then, I was moving around in the boat and heard a sloshing sound. Thought could be gas tank, but wheni put my ear near the block, I hear the sloshing. My question is could that sound be the oil moving around in the case? Is oil viscous (sp) enough. To make a sloshing noise?

Thanks
Yorke

You shouldn't hear oil sloshing around.

Maybe you got water under the deck...

Man, I hope not. I just redid the stringers and transom this summer.....put drain holes in and everything.
