hello<br /> yep invert the carb. remove the float bowl. measure and adjust the float as per the manual. I thinks its about an inch but the manual has a better memory than I.<br /> we did have a problem with the floats leaking and filling with fuel and causing flooding issues on those motors so be aware that you may need a float as well. while the carb is off buy the gasket set and repair the whole deal. the primer diaphram,fuel pump diaphram and all. the needle nor the float is included in the kit.<br /> good luck and keep posting
