merc 4.3 alpha 1 problems please help

Overheated bad...got towed in. Went today and put muffs on it. Started fine and was pumping water. Water came out near ransom exhaust.

Did a impeller replacement anyways...now it turns over really hard and won't start. Please help

May have cracked the block or the manifolds, pull the spark plugs and try to turn it over.If water comes out of a plug hole it`s time to do some more checking.

its just wierd that it idled for 20 mins just 2 hrs before with no probs whatsoever...i don't get it
