When I brought out my boat from vinter storage a couple of months ago the trim/tilt would barely move the motor and immediatly fall down. (no visual leakage and reservoir full)
After checking the service manual I swapped out the manual release valve, inspected and cleaned the checkvalve/poppets. I also tried replacing the 3 big o-rings on the cylinder.
After cycling the t/t 10-20 times on the workbench I reinstall the t/t on the outboard and it kind of works. But as soon as it comes close to the full down position it just looses all pressure or something and just sags down.
