Merc 5.0L Spark Plug gap?

Replacing the plugs in my '99 Bayliner, 5.0L V8 Merc I/O, and cant find the gap spec anywhere. Anyone know what it should be?

Sorry don't have the book, but I use 035, but 040 also works on my 350 mercs.
