MERC 60 hp, 3CYL, MDL # A108969 What year?

Hi all, kudos to Ezeke for past help. I just bought this 60 hp Merc, 3 cyl, compression 140, 139, 136. Trying to determine year and check with all the old Merc pros for any pointers. Seller said new impeller and lower unit service. Starts easily, about 10 seconds till water comes out the weep hole (for water pump indication), runs a little rough, but it needs to be operated for a while.
