Merc 650 idle/throttle stop screw/carb

Gas coming out lower carb, like a stuck float. I put new carb kits on, but it doesn't appear that these floats can be "adjusted". Are they fixed?<br /><br />Also, cannot adjust the idle. Tried the screw on each of the carbs, but doesn't do much. Where is the "throttle stop screw" on this motor to adjust idle?<br /><br />1972 650

The float level is adjusted with the levers that rest against the inlet needle and when you have fuel running out of the carbs don't worry about adjustment there isn't any, fix the carb problem first
