i have a 1982 80hp outboard.motor cranks and idles good at start up.motor runs good at full speed and any other speed in between.<br />the problem comes after i shut the engine down (as in going to another spot or heading back to the landing).as long as the engine is hot,i have big problems recranking or achieveing an idle,not to mention getting it in gear,until the motor cools off.once motor cools off sufficiently,i can recrank and motor runs great.<br />would appreciate any advice
