I received my new CDI update kit for our 1971 800 Merc. One thing... as it concerns the new coil/dist lead. On the one end is the correct cap to snap onto the new CDI coil, the dist end has a small threaded connector that would screw in??? Doesn't the dist take a regular snap on type wire cap.<br /><br />I figured on attempting to install this tomorrow (Sat) any feedback would be great.<br /><br />Thanks!
