Trying to reseal the lower crank seal assembly. There are three bolts that hold the seal hub in, then there are three 1/4” threaded holes that look like pusher bolt holes... I have bolts in them, nothing will budge. Is there something I’m missing? Or could it be just froze in? Trying not to get to crazy on it and break hard parts.

Loosen some of the adjacent crankcase bolts. That should give you enough looseness to pull it.

Replace O ring, and see if you can get 3 seals into it. That will avoid any wear rings on the crankshaft from the old seals.

Just for fun, heck the lower main bearing. It is probably OK, but worth a check.
