Merc 90 hp timing problems

I have a 1995 merc 2 stroke 90 HP. I need to know what the timing needs to be set at for this motor both at idle and WOT. Thanks !!

Idle is 4 degrees and if I recall it's ATDC, not BTDC. Not that important as the idle screw controls the low speed number and idle is set to 675 +/- 50 in gear, in the water, boat moving. High speed is 20-22 BTDC and set with the starter, plugs out helps.....as I remember the process from my manual covering the later 1990-2000's engines of the series...
