Just bought, did run once for 2mins. History of hard to start.
I have checked power is being produced from stator windings(35ish volts) when cranking.
Switching appears to be working, (5volts-ish) when cranking.
Disconnected stop wire at switching box (Bl with Ystripe).
No power from either green output wires to coils.
Switchbox appears to be new or recently replaced.
There is two wires Bl with Ystripe coming out of box, one goes to flywheel switch. Checked for spark with them reversed.
Switchbox wires are:
2 xBr matched to stator wires
one Bl earth wire (good connection)
one Bl/W going to switch coil
one Bl/Y going to switch coil
one Bl/y connected to key/engine kill
Anyone know how to test the switchbox and/or the correct wiring sequence?
(I have spent the last 3hours reading threads and following links for a wiring diagram to no avail).
