Merc Carbs

Im rebuilding my carbs and was wondering: Is a gasket that goes between the carbs and silencer/sound box???

mine have rubber o-rings.

they are funny o-rings though, the ring cross section isnt round like most, they are square (if that makes sense)

Check the parts list for that motor at crowleymarine.com. My '93 Merc 150 has gaskets between airbox and carb body.
