I have an 06 150 optimax that doesnt want to go above 1500 rpm and wants to die wen put n gear if not quick on the throttle. It runs rough and stumbles above 1500 and drops back down. Iv checked spark plugs ignition air press n fuel pressure. My fuel reg valve is clean and pulse pump good. That being said my fuel press wants to fluctuate between 60-90 psi. Would this b my high press fuel pump or any other possibilities i should check b4 spending $150 on a new one?
