I have one missing anode on the Merc I drive, the one on opposite side is still there. You can see on the pic that the mounting point is broken.
What the broken part is? Is it a stud, a bolt?
Any ideas which way to fix it?

It is a bolt with thread stud on the outside where the anode is screwed on to
The outside thread stud is broken off on your pix.
You have to remove the nut on the inside of the transome, tab the bolt out and replace with a new one, better do other side also as these come in a pair. http://www.ebasicpower.com/c/MER2E/Hardware,+Transom+for+Mercruiser
