I don't know how else to disseminate this info to the Mercaholics except for here.
For those of you who are members of the NNTP Mercury Inlines newsgroup on the news.kraits.org server......
The "outage" isn't a server failure. The DNS lookup expired to transfer pointers from the old server to the new one. The real name of the new news server is: bigweek.tagadab.com
If you change the server name to that in your newsreader - you'll be back on board.
