Merc/Tohatsu 25hp EFI 4-stroke...converted to 30hp

I was wondering what Tohatsu did to this motor to restrict it to 25hp?

If anyone knows how to convert this motor to a 30 I would really appreciate it.

Motor is either a 2007 or 2008...I will varify tomorrow.

The difference is in the (expensive) CD box.

TDKK, Change for a Tohatsu 25 HP, 2 strokes and pass it to 30 HP for peanuts $ 5-10 at the most
