merc60efi 4stroke making oil

hi guys just had oil checked after 100hrs rebuild report says it has fuel dilution 3 x normal standard so i will change manual fuel pump diaphragm at back of rocker cover is there any thing else i should check i have done comp check and all 201 to 208psi its a 2004 model and have read on fourms they have a habit of making oil cheers in advance dunc333 from aus.

how do you run the motor hard or do you baby it.cause if you do not run the motor hard from time to time the rings wont seat you could try ring free.and is the motor coming up to temp a cold motor will also get fuel in oil

hi doc the motor standard revs when operating is around 3500revs and the temp sits on 140f at these revs thanks for your advice man very interesting.

Another cause of the efi fourstrokes OB's making oil is if you are over-proped
