merccury 150os swaped to pre mix how do i stop the alarm

hi to all, i just installed a kit to switch to premix gas due to the gear on the crank, all is well with that part of it but i cant get the oil alarm to stop. i tryed to just undue the wires from whare the oil pump used to be. is the alarm module that the wires run to controll over heating as well or is there a diff. for temp. i dont want to just start un dueing wires and stop the temp alarm from working. thanks

my 89 v135 seems to share alarm box. trace the wire from the right starboard side of your cylinder head. i think its above the middle spark plug hole. it goes to a screw on the block which has two more wires. one to the controlls and one to the black box. thats why i think mine shares the alarm module. but im just assuming that cuz the wire goes there

the box on top of the starboard head should be where the wires run to from the sensors. this is your oil injection box. there is a purple wire that runs from that box to a switch board on the right side of the motor. disconnect the purple wire that runs from the box to the switch board. that will stop the beeping. I done the same thing to my 97 efi 150.

no problem just unhook it from the switch box and you wont have to hear that noise anymore.
