Mercury MerControl Throttle Assemby Demensions Needed.

Help! "Hello!" Is there anyone out there that has access to a MerControl throttle assembly (like the ones in the attached PICs) and has the time and yes the inclination to get these five (5) measurements for me in DECIMAL or FRACTIONAL INCHES? Please see the two attached PICs showing the five (5) dimensions I require. The dimension required for the throttle lever is from the center of the pivot out to the top of the handle. I attached two PICs showing one MerControl in BLACK and one in WHITE. Either will do. I really do appreciate any help or input I can get. Please advise, Thanks!
