MERCONTROL

My Mercontrol for my 1963 merc 500 50hp just went. A chip in the gear box causes it to lockup. I'm looking to replace it. where might I get one. I bought a new boat and selling this one just want it to work properly before I sell it. I live in nj and don't want to sink a lot into this boat. This form has been great to me over the years with this boat. THANKS

Hi Loueg, If chinewalker doesn't have what you need, I might. I rebuilt the one on my 1966 merc, and I have alot of spare parts left. If you can, post a pic of the broken part. Good luck, Mike
