Mercruiser 140 exhaust boot replacement

I have a new boot to replace the leaking one on my 140.
Is it possible to take the old boot off and put the new one on without taking removing any major parts.
Or, if not, what is required to get this boot replacement in that tight fit opening.

Ayuh,... Ya Gotta pull the riser off the manifold,...
Get a New gasket for it 1st...

Okee dokee,
I figured it wasn't going to be a complete slam dunk with no extra moving things, but, thanks for giving me the needed info, often hard to find even in the manuals etc. Will do.
