Shifting into reverse my engine dies due to shift interrupter roller staying on top of the cam. There is no issue going forward or coming out of gear, which from what I've read indicates lower cable is ok. The barrel on lower cable is set at 6 inches in forward.
The boat is new to me this year. Has new engine but it had same issue when I got it. Ready to pull my hair out on this one. Any help is much appreciated!
