I'm replacing my fuel line on my mercruiser 3.0L. I'm having trouble disconnecting it at the fuel pump outlet (see photo). The brass flare nut is off but the fuel line will not budge out of there.
There's a black nut below the brass nut. Does that also need to be loosened? I can't tell if that's a part of the fuel pump or of that's a part of the fuel line that needs to be loosened as well.
