Mercruiser 5.0 Engine studs

The Engine studs that hold the engine mounts onto the stringers are not tight and I can't tight them enough, I use pieces of wood to tight them but no success, can any one suggest is there any way I can tight them using some kind of putty or can pour resin in holes and then wait till it dries and tight the studs, I read some poeple suggested use sea cast but I am not sure if I will go that way....Please help....Thanks.

If it is from wood rot ,then the best option is to remove the motor, cut a section of the fiberglass off the top , remove and replace the bad wood and re-glass a cap .
