Mercruiser Alpha 1 Gen 2 1995 Drive oil reservoir dribble valve

I am having trouble with drive oil in the reservoir leaking. When I check the drive the oil level is good. when I add oil to the square bottle on the engine I end up with a puddle on the carport? I even changed drives and get the same problem. The oil level was good in both the drives. That leads me to think the dribble valve is leaking some how?

Is this a possibility?

If so how do you change the valve? I have seen somewhere that it pressed in, if this is correct how do you remove it?
