mercruiser alpha one spanner tool

Can anybody tell me what the length of the spanner nut tool is? My bro in law can cut one out at his work using a cnc plasma cutter. I need the length from the center of the round part (that goes around the nut) to where you can insert a 1/2" drive torque wrench. This is for the wrench that you use to remove the drive shaft/u-joints from the upper portion of the outdrive.

Never mind I found it .

It is 12"
