Mercruiser Base Timing

I'm trying to set the base timing for my 3.0 Mercruiser and I can't seem to find the correct timing in my book based on my serial # OM384628 Any help on this?

I got all this I just can't find the correct timing settings for this motor. The book doesn't seem to line up with this serial #?
