Hey all,

Just bought a 1973 tristar 2400,thats been sitting a long time.
The bellows are rough looking but don't seem to leak.I plan on replacing anyway.
What I'm wondering is,how hard is this to do?
Are there any special tools needed?
Do I need a manual?(what's a good one)
How heavy is this thing, can I wrestle it off and on?

I've done just about everything to outboards over the years,so I ain't sceered...Just need some idea of what I'm getting into.
