Mercruiser cool fuel?

Hey everyone. I was poking around my engine compartment with a flashlight today and I found a black plastic cover similar to a battery cover. Upon further inspection I discovered it is a cover for a fuel-related system but I can't find where it goes. I only Know this because it has "Mercruiser cool fuel" on it. This boat is new to me and I'm going to get real familiar with it eventually, but a little help here please. What does this cover go to? Where do I look, starboard,port, high, low?? It is a 5.7 Merc. EFI (1999) input appreiciated.

Look under the port front motor mount. That cover really needs to be on the cooler/fuel pump system to keep it all in place and the fittings from falling out.
Go to the adults only sticky at the top of the forum and download Merc servicde manual 24.

Thanks, Don. I will find where it goes now that I have a general idea. I'm downloading that manuel too.
