I brand new engines in my 89 Larson I have replaced everything coils ,distributor pickups shift interuptor switchs thunder bolt 4 ignitions modules . I have done everything I can think of tring to get to find what is causing my engines loose power like something restricking power happens to both engines at different times ? I really am blaming electrical not fuel . I am ready to sink my Boat .cant figure out why one engine would run fine and the other one would run bad and then they would then the other engine would act up and one would run fine ? I know it's hard to fix a boat un seen but any advice suggestion would be greatly appreciated Thanks for reading my post and hope some one can help

That sure sounds like a fuel problem to me.

Not sure what you are saying with that statement. Is the engine cutting out like your title says, or slowing down (restricting power??).

Different times, does that mean one engine works fine, then runs fine for a while and the other one acts up?

How is your fuel system setup? Separate pickups on the fuel tank or one pickup and splits to each engine?

yes one work works fine while the other acts up and then will switch ..major loose of power will not go above 2000 rpms when the other engine will rev up to normal rpms .it does have separate fuel pick ups I have check my fuel in glass jar looks perfect ?

You should NEVER see over 14.8V. If you are seeing 16 volt at any time, then you need to have your alternator checked out.

Have the batteries load tested as well.
