Mercruiser kill switch assistance...

Changed the throttle cable on my 2001 Glastron 4.3 Merc... must have hooked the kill switch backwards :facepalm: Couldnt get her to start... then i thought to flip it to the "off" position and she fired right up. Anywho, tried to flip the connector the correct direction and the red center is now broken. Been looking for a part number of something that will fit the square hole. If it's obsolete or something i guess i can make a closeout panel and put the universal round kill switch. Here's a pic from DonS from the archives i found... just for a visual reference of what i am needing. Thanks fellas!

Turn the switch over.

That's great info. Should have thought of that before i started foolin with it... but she's a broken switch now. Just needing to locate a new one. Part number works for me... i'll take it from there. If i can't find one... i thought about making a standard toggle switch fit the receptical so it will still function with the lanyard.
