I've got a 2008 Glastron GT with a 130hp merc on it. Took it out in the river last weekend and hit a few rocks pretty hard. Enough that I need a new prop. But I also dented up the lower gear housing pretty good. I don't believe anything inside got damaged because the boat seemed allright getting back to the dock.

I can post pics of it to judge if it needs to be replaced. If it's better to replace it, how difficult would it be?

If your skeg is not completly missing or you are not leaking gearlube and the prop shaft is not bent you should be ok.

whats not broken today ,will be broken within the year. Impact damage can crack a gear or chip a tooth leading to a failure at a later date.

I would run it.As long as your not getting water in the gear lube. You could put a little JB weld on the leading edge and paint it.As far as the skeg a prop shop can fix it like new.Change gear lube to be sure there is no water in it.

It's easy to see the skeg and prop... its hard to make out if the case is pushed in from the pics. I'd definitely check that propshaft, if you took a big hit chances are you bent the shaft.
Another +1 for call your agent.
