I'll check those....the switch is working, you can hear the actuator at the hydraulic reservoir clicking, but nothing happens to the out drive.
Out of curiosity, how do you get your boat out of the water when the drive is all the way down? I had to leave it at a dock at the marina instead of pulling it out on the trailer.

Do you mean the solenoids clicking, you could jumper across the large lugs of the solenoid`s to see if the motor works.GEN II`s are a bit more difficult. remove the end caps, pop the "C" clips, slide the rod out ,manually raise and tie in the up position.
