mercruiser prop pitch

I have a 16' Galaxy Tri-hull that needs a new prop badly. The engine is a mercruiser I/O 120. I can't find a stamp on the current prop to tell me the size and pitch. Anyone got any ideas on what may have been stock?? WOT right now gets me to about 3000 RPM's I think I'm about 400 below where I should be, based on what I've been able to find.

Any suggestions????

It is under the prop nut and washer. 3000 is wayyy to low, 4200-4600 is optimal... you may have something else going on in the engine, or are wayyy overpropped which will eventually damage the engine
