Mercruiser Riser Star Tool

There is a large plug of the front of the riser. Manual mentions it is an inspection port of sorts. I want to take the plug out to get at a washer that is inside. Is there a standard tool to take this plug out with? Best description I can give is that is Star Shaped. 98 5.0 Mercruiser, Center Riser.

All that plug does is plugs the hole when a fitting is not needed for cooling water to go directly into the riser, not for inspection.
It's just a large Torx
