Mercury 110 HP? Picture attached

I'm looking at a 16' jon boat with a Merc 110. I haven't seen it in person, and the owner isn't sure what HP it is but he's guessing around 20HP. I don't want to drive an hour only to find it's a ten horse. Any ideas based on the pic? Also, if you know what HP it is any other thoughts about decade, quality of the motor in general, or how it will match up with an old 16' jon?

It is a 10 hp. not what you want on 16 jon. my .02
18/ 20/ 25 hp would be better.
What is the asking price?

looks like a 76' or 77' from the red/white and blue 110 sticker, watch out for rusty shaft at waterpump area these early motors weren't stainless
